SAT LUBE 350

 

SAT LUBE 350 is a broad blend glycol-based lubricant. It reduces torque and drag and increases rate of penetration in all shales and gumbos. It is particularly effective in horizontal drilling and sliding applications.  LUBE 350 forms a hydrodynamic barrier between the drill pipe and the sidewall, coating shales and cuttings and decreases disintegration.  It is dispersible in all types of water-based fluids, it is not affected by contaminants and will not interfere with rheological properties.

 

 

APPLICATIONS

 

Add to drilling fluids at 2 to 5% for most applications.

 Use more as required for severe torque and drag.
