SAT LUBE 250

 

SAT LUBE 250 is a glycol-based lubricant for general application. It is a cost-effective way to significantly reduce torque and drag and increase rates of penetration in all shales and gumbos. It is particularly effective in horizontal drilling and sliding applications.  LUBE 250 forms a hydrodynamic barrier between the drill pipe and the sidewall, coating shales and cuttings and decreases disintegration.  It is dispersible in all types of water-based fluids, it is not affected by contaminants and will not interfere with rheological properties.  

 

 

APPLICATIONS

 

Add to drilling fluids at 2 to 5% for most applications. 

Use more as required for severe torque and drag.
