SAT LUBE 100 A

 

SAT LUBE 100 A is a glycol-based shale inhibitor and lubricant.  It forms a hydrodynamic barrier inhibiting water absorption and swelling, reducing bit-balling and improving wall cake characteristics in highly reactive shales and clays.  LUBE 100 A also greatly reduces torque and drag and increases rates of penetration in all shales and gumbos and is particularly effective in horizontal drilling and sliding applications. It is dispersible in all types of water-based fluids, is not affected by contaminants and will not interfere with rheological properties.

 

 

APPLICATIONS

 

Add to drilling fluids at 2 to 5% for most applications.

 Use more as required for severe torque and drag.
